It’s time for my SEPTEMBER OVERVIEW! Where we talk about: my monthly favourites, blog posts that I released and my most recent Instagram pics. This month has honestly flown by… I think it’s because I started university on the 14th. Uni has really been taking up 80{c442fc8ef3789ed23df439e52609827a13bf4892a25a9bdf30f84ba71f479458} of my time! To be honest, it has been quite difficult creating a structure and routine, especially since I started blogging and my business. Having said that, I think I am slowly getting used to the whole “online uni” experience.

How was your September?

ANYWAYS… Let’s get into the September Overview!

MY SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES

1. GET ORGANISED WITH THE HOME EDIT- NETFLIX SERIES

The Home Edit is every organisation junkies DREAM!

The Home Edit is run by 2 lovely ladies, Joanna and Clea. They organise and transform spaces to make them look so much more ordered whilst still looking extremely easy on the eye.

SOME OF THEIR WORK:

HOW SATISFYING ARE THESE PICTURES?

At the beginning of September, they released their own Netflix show! I loved it so much that I completed it in the day. Their friendship adds so much to the show, which makes the short series so enjoyable to watch. It is such an easy watch! I highly recommend this series for anyone who loves satisfying videos.

2. LAPTOP STAND

I mentioned this amazing laptop stand in my 40 dorm essentials blog post last month, and the obsession continues! This laptop stand has saved my back and neck from getting stiff since I started University. The elevation helps with your posture immensely because you are forced to sit up straight and lookup. I noticed a huge difference in the way I worked. I would say that is very similar to working on a desktop!

This BoYata laptop stand is my favourite and definitely worth the price. It is sturdy, sleek and easily collapsable, so you can transport it everywhere.

3. BLUE LIGHT GLASSES

Blue light glasses were an item that I knew I needed but I kept putting off purchasing them. When I was working 10+ hours on my site daily, I finally took the plunge and bought a pair!

I LOVE them so much! I use them whenever I am doing online classes, working on my business and my blog.

The best part is that they don’t need to be pricey at all, mine were only £9!

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BLUE LIGHT GLASSES?

  • Decreases eye strain
  • Reduces glare
  • Clarify your vision

4. SPICE JARS

Starting university meant that I moved into a completely new space! This year I am staying in a studio, which I love! I was so excited to organise my kitchen, especially my spices (spoiler alert I have A LOT)! I hope to designate a whole post explaining clearly how I organise every space, so stat tuned.

I love transferring all of my food and spices into containers as it makes your life so much easier when it comes to cooking. There are so many spice jars available on Amazon…

5. MILDLINERS

If you are a stationery lover or love bullet journalling then you will already know about Mildliners.

I mean, how cute are these colours? I bought this full set in December and they are all still thriving. Mildliners are slightly different because they have 2 different tips, one side is an ordinary highlighter and the other side is a felt tip pen.
